  • Grid Code and Distribution Code Compliance

    Grid and Distribution Code compliance studies for renewable, traction, and large commercial or industrial connections to the National Grid, in accordance with the NESO Grid Code and ENA Engineering Recommendations G99, G5/5, P28, and P29.

  • Protection and control solutions

    Full protection and control services- including design, relay settings, testing and commissioning, and dynamic performance assessment of protection schemes, instrument transformers, and automated switchgear controls.

  • Network Design

  • Compensation and Filter Design

    Complete compensation and filter design, from simple power factor correction to advanced dynamic solutions such as active filters, SVCs, and load balancing systems.

  • Insulation Coordination, Transients and System Dynamics studies

    Comprehensive insulation coordination, transient, and system dynamic studies to assess lightning and switching effects, equipment performance, and system stability under both faulted and planned operating conditions.

  • Earthing and Bonding

    Comprehensive earthing system design—including earthing philosophy, earth mat and bonding design—covering complex arrangements such as transformer neutral earthing, segregated earths, and DC system earthing.

  • Cable System Design

    Complete HV and LV cable system design—from rating studies to detailed design, installation and testing specifications, and condition assessments—covering specialist cables, installation methods, earthing, and upgrade recommendations.

  • Substation design

    Substation design from LV to 400 kV, including feasibility studies, equipment and procurement specifications, layout, protection and control, and independent design verification.
